This software (the "Extension"), named "Mobile Preview", is the exclusive property of Lilian Bischung. All rights, titles, and interests related to the Extension, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are reserved.

By downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you agree to the following terms:

• You may use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the license you have purchased.
• You may not redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Extension.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
• You may not use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The Extension is available under the following license types:

• Free License: Limited features, for personal use only.
• Professional License: Full features, for individual use, valid for life.

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXTENSION OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE EXTENSION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LILIAN BISCHUNG BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF LILIAN BISCHUNG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Lilian Bischung may provide updates to the Extension at its discretion. Technical support is provided according to the terms of your license.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension and destroy all copies.

This agreement is governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
